Will My Diet Plan Work? What Exercises Can I Do To Burn Calories?
ok so i want to loose ten or more pounds asap tell me if this Will work
.well first i would stop snacking after school which cuts out a lot but maybe i will hav like a salad or a banana
. then i will do about 200 regular crunches and 50 on each side i will do 10 or more push-ups . i wil do about 100 squats and then i will hold my squat for 1 minute. i will do inner thigh lifts and i will lift ten Pound weights for about 10 minutes.
i will do this everyday but maybe i should switch off like do that one day and then the next i do like 50 jumping jacks 10 push ups knee slaps for 5 Min’s and then butt kicks for 5 Min’s and repeat.
i will also drink tons of water. i will stay off the salt to.
are there any other exercises i should do to burn alot of calories?
also how many would i b burning if i did all those things. i also do tumbling on tuesdays for 1 hour and i do hip hop dance for an hour a week but only till the end of january and i cant sign up for a gym.
also dont suggest i use wu yi tea or acai berry because well im not i am 120 pounds and 5`1

but what are you going to eat?
what you eat is important.. if you eat processed food… doesn’t matter what your routine is.. chemical impacted foods are harder to process digestively.
eat fresh whole foods, huge difference.
that simple.
the only way you’re going to stay off the salt, sugar and other elements is keep away from the garbage.. keep away from canned foods, frozen foods, dairy, other processed foods, powdered foods, sodas, 10% fruit juices, energy drinks… the list is huge.
if it’s on the shelf… it’s junk.
thats a little to much mabye do a little less or have a day when you dont excersise as much so you dont strain your body and dont eat less it makes your body think its goign into starvation and your metabolism goes down so you wont loose weight faster you might even gain weight so yeah dont strain your self and eat liek your normaly do
