What Wieght Should I Be At If I Am 5′3″ And I Am A 36dd?

January 21st, 2010

I had a baby 7 months ago and only gained 23 pounds. but i was 150lbs when i got pregnant. so that made me about 173 when i delivered him. I have always been smaller, around 125-128, so i was at my heaviest when i got pregnant.. and now its KILLING me that i am this big now! *158* (ive been on a diet for a week, and iv been taking that Acai Berry Detox pills for 4 days. I was around 160-165 when i started this DIET thing!! i think a lot of it has to do with the fact that my boobs went from a big C to a DD! and my hips got wider, and my butt got bigger.. all with being Pregnant. im not flabby really.. just bigger everywhere. and i was wondering if anyone else had that problem.. and got back to there normal size.. or close to it. i dont think i want to lose the butt.. im kinda liking it. i just want my stomach FLAT again, and my abs back!!
thanks
Be nice please.. everyone gets bigger when they get pregnant. and 23 pounds is a good weight. i no people who gained 80-100!!!
