What The Heck Am I Suppose To Weigh?

Ok so im a 22 yr old female 157 4 ft 10.5 with DD chest. I’ve got a kick a** diet and work out plan I jus need to know where to stop. I was hoping some1 knew a lil more than just what the weight charts say. Honestly 109 isn’t good for me I dnt want to be rail thin. I was thinking about getting down to 120 since obviously my DDs will shrink. ANY1 help I dnt care about acai berry pills either lol

    well honestly u gota remember DDs can weigh up to ten pounds in itself. so if the charts say that 109 is good for you then add another 10 pounds. you will be thin and i think you will have an amazing figure.
    ur boyfriend/husband is/will be lucky lol =P

    Less than 100.
    120 at that height is overweight (BMI 24.7). Less than 100 is your ideal weight. 95-100 would be best.
    And your boobs are probably like 80% fat and gross and saggy and stuff right now. Guys like smaller, firmer, more pert boobs that are more breast tissue and less fat more than they like huge saggy flabby soft fatty ones.

    you aren’t very tall, but I think 120 lbs. is a good initial goal for you, once you are there you can re-examine how you look and feel, and drop weight from there or simply maintain where you are and hopefully continue to become more fit through exercise

    I read on some website that it’s supposed to be 100lbs for 5ft give or take, then 5lbs for every inch over that. I think 120lbs could be a good weight for you, because of your breast size.
