What Diet Made You Lose Weight?

I need a diet that works. But You didn’t have to but any pills, mixes, acai berry, nutrisystem or anything like that. I need a diet that u can do with stuff around the house. Also an exercise please help!!!

All of those diets are mostly big marketing campaigns preying on insecurities.
The best way to lose weight/fat is the good old fashioned method. Exercise various parts of your body regularly and do some cardio. Eat healthy and exercise off more carbs than you take in.
Don’t get too picky about what you eat though because you might ditch healthy eating all together in the long run; you can have the occasional sweet.
Smart exercise and dieting is the best way, and it’s a LOT cheaper than doing those commercial diets.
Exercise sample:
Monday - tread mill for as long as you think you can handle it, but push yourself.
Tuesday - do upper body work focusing on low weight and high repetition to tone yourself. Work your lats, curls, shoulder presses, etc.

Thursday - get outside and go biking or go jogging.
Friday - do lower body exercises like calf raises, squats, lunges doing low weight/high rep. They can doe using onyl body weight.

People fail with diets every day. You simply need to rely on more physical activity and the pounds will drop. If you want to eat less just minimize the portions you currently eat. When people become prisoners, they lose tons of weight because they are being starved. This is not a healthy way to lose weight. No diet works. It is always the controlled amount of food eaten versus the amount of exercise that will determine you gaining or losing pounds.
The hardest exercise in the world to do is pushing away from the table.
The time I remember loosing weight was not a diet of my choosing exactly. All 4 of my wisdom teeth were hurting at the same time. My regular dentist couldn’t pull them and I couldn’t afford a specialist. It was so bad I couldn’t even chew rice. So my solution to get the vitamins I needed for the day was to eat baby food (fruit like peaches), apple sauce, drink V8 and Carnation instant breakfast. I lost weight fairly fast.
But a more realistic approach and I’ve got a doctor tell me that what you had to do was think about the worst thing in your diet as in what is the most unhealthy. Then eliminate that thing.
–I also had a nurse tell me he lost weight by drinking plenty of water everyday. And he defined enough water as drinking enough to make you pee clear.
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
