What Are Some Great Beginning Exercises For Weight Loss?

I’m on the Acai Berry diet
I’m excited.
I’m wondering,
I already have an exercise plan, but i want others opinions.
What are some good beginning exercises i could do? (Please, nothing extreme or anything with heavy gym equipment.)
I bought a step-up with a DVD, i tried it a few times, it’s fun.
I’m also doing more crunches.
Taking about a 20 minute fast walk everyday.
And am thinking about riding my bike
anything else i could add???

After you build up some endurance walking you can start running, you will burn many more calories in the same amount of time. Biking and swimming also and very good and easier on your joints than running. I’m not sure what the acai berry diet is, I hope it’s more than just acai berries.
You can try these
1. Combo runs and walking up and down stairs
2. You need to eat things before your meals Things like …Vegetable/lentil soups or salads. Why? Because these fill you up and allow you to eat less calories at your meal. Since soups and salads fill you up on few calories, you end up saving yourself hundreds of calories with each meal you do this with.
I found a great weight loss tool call the sports line bio trainer I found on the site i listed below. I m on the ACAI berry too and this was perfect.
Try doing something simple like 50 sit ups befor you go to bed; or before you shower. If you did that every night in months you would notice a difference.
