Trying To Use The Acai Berry But I Have Some Concerns?

I want to use the acai berry pills because I dont have the time ti diet or excersize as I have 2 time-consuming jobs… Im 5 11 and I weigh 250 pounds…In order to lose the weight with this pill, do I need to follow a diet as well? because Its hard to follow one when Im at work…I need help…PLEASE….thank you a lot

I’m going to be really honest with you. The Acai berry diet is a scam (as well as green tea by the way) It is true that all berries in general have loads of vitamins and antioxidants. However, red beans actually have the MOST antioxidants of any food. Also antioxidants just help slow down the aging process, not lose weight. And those pills might have harmful chemicals that make you lose weight and then make you gain more when you are off them, definitely not a good deal. My suggestion would be to look at what you eat and them slowly try to modify it a bit over time. For example, do you drink A lot of soda? or alcohol? maybe you like to eat a lot of deserts or chips? whatever it is try substituting it with a healthier solution. Like 3 sodas a day instead of 5, or coffee instead of mocha’s or low fat milk instead of whole milk. Also, because it sounds like you work a lot you could try something like nutrisystem that delivers all of your meals to your door, so it makes eating healthier a lot easier.

One thing that brought my dieting and losing weight out of the plateau I was in so long was the Acai Berry. I was stuck at my weight loss goals and this brought me through it and made me lose a lot of weight. So in my opinion it helped me lose weight tremendously.
