14 And Wondering If I Should Take Pills?

i want to loose some weight i am 133 and 5″4 i don’t want to ruin my body by taking pills since i know i’m not done developing even though i am very developed i was wondering if anyone has taken safe not exactly diet pills but green tea or acai berry pills thanks!

I Was Wondering If Is Safe..?

Ok well i’[ve been hearing a lot about the Acai Berry diet. I really want to lose weight so i want to give it a try. But the problem is that im only 16. But if its all natural it should be pefectly safe right? So i want to know if i would be okay if i tried it. I work out and everything but am not getting any results. I’m Wondering If My Portion Sizes Are Too Big?

I’ve been following a healthy eating plan (as well as exercising regularly) whereby I eat 5 or 6 ’small’ meals a day. I think most of the food I’m eating is good but I’m wondering if my portion sizes are too big. I don’t feel bloated after each meal but I just read somewhere that each small meal should be about the size of a fist - and my meals are bigger than that. Most of my meals would fit within one of those little bread & butter plates - but maybe I should be using a saucer instead?? This is what I ate today:
Breakfast: bowl of grapes, strawberry & plum pieces topped with plain yoghurt, oats & seeds
Morning Tea: ½ an apple, ½ a kiwifruit, 1 piece of toast with banana & 2 bits of pecan on top
Lunch: about half a fist of salad, about half a fist of pasta, 1 small bit of roast potato (skin on), bit of roast carrot, roast kumara, peas, 1 piece wholemeal bread
Afternoon Tea: handful of raw nuts, 6 apricots, 1 piece of wholemeal bread folded over with cucumber in it
Tea: salad, steamed pumpkin, carrots & broccoli, 1 small piece of baked potato (skin on) (all fitting on one of those bread & butter plates)
Dessert: very small helping of dried fruit mix (raisins etc) covered with plain yoghurt, 1 strawberry
The only meal I had that would have fit on a saucer was dessert. What do you think?
