im 14…about 190ish…6 foot..i was talking to my dad about first taking acai berry but then he said to try wheat germ just to see what i thought about it…i like the idea….im in martial arts and i have to be in good shape….and i have a workout plan and im starting to make a diet plan..(whatever its called)…my goal over the next year and more years to come is to develop and keep a six pack,good arms,good legs, and a good back….i dont wanna be like a huge body builder or a wrestler…..just fit like a bruce lee figure…..i think i topped out in height because i haven’t gotton any taller for like a year and a half…..so my question….will wheat germ help me?

I’m attempting to lose some weight, mainly toning up, because I’ve already lost a fair bit of weight. I have maybe 5-10 lbs to go, and It’s proving very difficult.
What I’m wondering is, if I stick to my fitness plan and eat somewhat sensibly, as I usually do, will taking one to two hoodia pills a day help with that 3pm craving? Or Should I just avoid diet pills as much as possible?
BTW, I’m not looking for someone to reccomend Wu-Yi, or Acai Berry or whatever, so don’t do that please.

Well, I have lost 29 pounds. I use to weigh 167, and now i am 138 and i am 5 foot 6. I can’t lose anymore weight though. And I am still 13 pounds over weight. I don’t want to do Acai Berry or anything. I wanna do a normal healthy diet at home. I exercise everyday. I have whole grain cereal for breakfast with an apple. Lunch I usually have a low fat yogurt with a fiber 1 bar. I always have fruit as a snack after i get home from school.Dinner I always mix it up

I am 17 years old and have suffered from migraine pain my entire life, but am too young to visit a pain clinic. Recently i’ve been seeing a neurologist with no relief. Multiple occasions I’ve been admitted to the ER, and have been on many prescription pills with no luck, in fact I’ve been taking them for so long and so often i’m suffering from rebound headaches now too. I’m also taking protein, calcium and magnesium supplements daily and am on Acai Berry Juice. I want to try a new diet to better my chances at experiencing relief, any ideas? I’m lactose intolerant and don’t do well with meat. I’m still in high school so a diet where I am suppose to eat every 2 hours won’t be very helpful. Any diet advice?

I heard that to get abs I need to lose a little weight. I am pretty light so I don’t want to lose to much. Like maybe 1-3 LBS. I am 15 so no extreme dieting, but I do have Celiac disease, so don’t just write tons of food that has gluten (most I can make gluten free). I AM ALSO VEGETARIAN.
