Is This A New Yahoo Messenger Virus?

Hi, over the past few days I have been PMed from known real people on my messenger list about that damn Acai berry health food crap. I know they did not write these PM’s and though they both do not know each other their PM’s were nearly identical. I suspect there is some virus that infects people’s Messenger accounts on here. I am sure yahoo has no idea too…
Anyone else getting random PMs from their contacts about Acai berry and how they lost hella weight c/o it without dieting?

I need to know the least amount of time it would take to lose 20 pounds! I know about acai berry and green tea so please nothing like that and nothing suggesting diets, I just need to know in how short of time possible I can lose 20 pounds. Thxx!

Tell Me If I’m Going About This Right / Healthy ?

I need to lose 20 lbs
I’m 27 yrs old and currently weigh 148 lbs, I’m 5′3 and have been carrying post baby fat in my gut and arms for 3 yrs…..I’m not sure how many calories a day I have been consuming to maintain being 20 lbs overweight But, I assume a lot.
6 days ago I went on a strict diet of very healthy foods, no alcohol, and have tried to fit in light excersise each day …..I’m not consuming more then 1250 calories a day and i journal everything i eat ….?
is this okay to shed the pounds will i see results or could i go about a better way ………….
And absolutely NOT, i wont take any diet pills or that new berry fade Acai or whatever ! I want this done the good old fashioned way :) ????

Excersise Does It Work? Will This?

No spam ads like acai berry or colon cleansing please. Dont waste my time thanks :)
Okay.
if i rode a stationary bike, for 1 hour to 3 hours a day. 3 days a week.
and going friends place , maybe playing frisbee or riding bike for 20minutes.
at the same time doing atkins diet *Dont eat carbohydrates because my body will burn fat after it burns carbohydrates for energy, the less carbs the more fat burns*
btw i am a male, and i am not grossly over weight, i just have a little bit of flab on my chest, FACE. and stomache. i am 17 years old. so will doing those things . help me lose facial fat because i have great cheek bones and chisseled jaw line, so will it help my face become more beautifuly chisseled. *Aswell with age. i used to be fat during school but i lost alot of weight when i turned 17* so will i lose more baby fat or whatever it is. with age? and grow taller?

Would This Work Unsure?

okay im 19 i have had 3 children a 3 and half year old a 1 year old and a 1 month old so i have packed on the weight ……. so i brought acai berry detox tablets and colon pro cleanse tablets aswell to take together everday .. now i honestly have never been on a diet or exercised to lose weight before so im unsure on what to do i have a leg magic workout machine that i have on layby its suppose to be a leg and abdomen workout but do you think these will work or has anyone tried these has it made you lose weight ?? im currently 90kgs im 5f7 before all my children i was 67kg so i would like to get to about that many kgs again … so is what im planning a good idea and how long if i do this everyday should i start seeing results… if there is anymore ideas that have successfully made you or someone you know lose weight in a short period ot time ..please pass them on …..

Is This A Good Weightloss Plan?

first of all, none of the repeating acai-berry robot messages. i am doing this the healthy way.
secondly, i am 14 years old, weihg 98-102 lbs., and am 5′2″-5′3″, and have about one pound of fat on my belly. it is there. i can see it. dont tell me im skinny, i know i am, i just have some belly fat and it isnt healthy. also, i will eat a balanced diet, at least 1200 calories, and am not going to skip meals or starve. i plan this to be healthy.
so here is my plan: i want need to burn about 500 calories a day for 14 days, thats about right. but i will continue the excercise and eating healthy, im just gonna be very strict for this for two weeks.
NO sugar, white pasta, white breads, sugary drinks. butter, mayo, etc.
YES low-fat milk/ice-cold water, whole grain breads &pastas, fruits, veggies, protein and fiber
ill be eating 4-6 (well, 4) SMALL meals a day, about 3 hrs between each.
also, 1/2 hour cardio/ab workouts on saturday and sunday, 15 min/200+ leg up ab workouts on mon, tue, and thurs, and any extra excercise i can work in
now, the meal plan:
breakfast: (i already eat this) 1/4 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup 2% milk with cinnamon and a medium banana~200 calories (7:45 am)
lunch: (11:45 am) a sandwhich of two slices of whole grain bread with avocado OR lettuce and turkey, also an apple/other fruit~400-500 calories
afternoon snack: (3 pm) an apple with 1tbs. peanut butter~200-ish calories or a cut banana with 1/2 a cup low fat plain yogurt~250 calories (or really anything healthy for 200-300 calories, but mostly fruit)
dinner: (6-8 pm) usually my dad will make whatever, but he always makes a salad or veggies for me. so if pasta, 1/2 cup pasta with 2 cups veggies (broccoli ususally) or a salad, small bowl of lettuce with cut tomatoes and avocado and kidney beans, and whatever meat we have. (ususally ckicken or no meat, im not a big meat eater.)~500 calories
so i also might subsitute some things, but definetly healthy things, and sometimes an ounce of mized nuts which i might subsitiute for the afternoon snack.
so total about 1300 calories, its an estimate, and yea
so do you think itll work? is there something else i should do or something im doing wrong? im also looking for extra ways to burn 500 a day, and ill try to do those…the ab workouts are pretty good, the muscles are already forming so im sure those might help, also drinking ice cold water to burn calories to heat it up.
so, how does it sound? ive searched all over the internet and books and everything, and this is what ive figured is healthyer than others.

Is This Okay For Time And Weight Loss?help?!?

i am 14 yrsold and my height is 5 5. i started my diet and excerise thing about 2 weeks and ive lost 6 lbs? is that a godd weight loss rate? my beggiining weight was 195 lbs and now i weight 187. i want to get down to 135-140 lbs by my sophmore year which is in september… tips? no advertisments like acai berry or crap like that… thanks in advance. 10POINTS BEST ANSWER!!!!!!

Just Curius But Can I Report This?

I spend a lot of time in the Diet and fitness section and a couple of people answer every single question with either targeted weight reduction is hard and they explain and everything but it is copied and pasted on EVERY question even some that don’t deal with that. And another is that stupid acai berry they copy and paste that on every single question. So can I report them for doing this they do this on my questions too and it is getting annoying! So do you think I can report that persons answer not the question but that persons answer. Thanks
