i just bought this and before i start to take is is the anything i should know about it like a diet or exercise or how long it takes to work
I posted a q recently about the pink patch and I got two comments recommending acai berry products but I suspect they were from ppl working for some diet pill company as these were the first answers given by those users and they’ve since been deleted! Lol, tad suspicious!
Nevertheless, I’m intrigued. Has anyone tried this type of product before?

I ordered the acai berry pure capsules from acaiberrysite.com and i just noticed comments of people saying they havent worked for them.. but has anyone had any good results from taking them?!? how did you take them? what kind of excercise and diet???? i hope i didnt waste my money…
Don’t know how many to take or if there is any special diet to go along with the pill.
Normally, I can blow past them without a care. But there are a number of young people asking diet/fitness questions who think their spam answers are for real. I report each one I see, but doesn’t seem to slow them down.

Shouldn’t be a problem for or aggravate IBS - and as Acai are renowned for being healthful you might find that this helps if your system is generally better.
