Need A Sure Fire Way To Lose Weight.?
I need to lose 25 lbs in approx 4-5 months. I know i should exercise, diet, drink a lot of water and eat lesser calories than i burn, blah blah blah. But the thing is this,
1) i don’t trust the calorie calculations because i don’t seem to lose any weight even when according to my calculations, i am eating 500 cals less.
2) I leave for work very early and reach home very late. (Hardly enough time for the daily household chores)
can someone just give me a meal plan or anything that worked for you (besides that acai berry thing)?
Just do all the math and tell me. I’m 5′1″ and weight 127 lbs. I eat approx 1150 cals a day with no exercise besides the household chores. and the 40 mins walk i get by parking my car away from work.
