im 14…about 190ish…6 foot..i was talking to my dad about first taking acai berry but then he said to try wheat germ just to see what i thought about it…i like the idea….im in martial arts and i have to be in good shape….and i have a workout plan and im starting to make a diet plan..(whatever its called)…my goal over the next year and more years to come is to develop and keep a six pack,good arms,good legs, and a good back….i dont wanna be like a huge body builder or a wrestler…..just fit like a bruce lee figure…..i think i topped out in height because i haven’t gotton any taller for like a year and a half…..so my question….will wheat germ help me?

okay i am a 20yr old fem. i just had a beautiful baby girl who is 4mnths now, n I’m trying lose my Lil baby fat, so a month ago i order this stuff acai berry detox. been taken it since then. my period finally came on and it usually last 5days(b4 and after my baby), but now so far its been 7, its not heavy its light. i stop taking the pills 4 a day now(i also take birth control), i know i should wait 2 c any changes,but me and my hubby are freaked and worried..DOES THIS SOUND NORMAL 2 THE PEP THAT HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT B4, has this Eva happen to u. WHAT SHOULD I DO..do you think its b/c i mixed my BC pills and the diet pills or b/c i started taking the diet pills to soon after my baby birth?…by the way so far i c no changes, it really doesnt work, plus they charge your account after you cancel it..plenty more pep complained to them doing this.(but my bank is taking care of it)

There are all these internet ads popping up everywhere about “Helen’s Diet” and “How I lost x pounds.”
Most of them have some sort of mention of acai berries and body cleansing systems programs like “Natrapure Cleanse.”
I’m just wondering if anyone has any insight as to the validity of these claims. A quick weight loss program would be great, but I’m not entirely ready to believe it’s possible!

ok im 14 and i weigh 250lbs. i have been trying to loose weight so now i talked my mom into letting me get acai berry and she said yea as long as we go to the doctors to make sure the product is ok for me we havent started my appointment but i just need help i wanna know if the acai berry will work for me? and if my doctor will say yes or not? and am i ok taking it and plz tell me how you have been doing on ur acai berry, also is it ok if i just take the acai berry and not the cleanser? will it work as efficiently as it does with out the cleanser? i wanna know i need your guys’s help PLEASE!!!! answer this question seriously!!?!?!?!
and also i dont want no dumb asses that act like they take the stuff when their just joking with me and also ppl i set my heart on this stuff im not interested in the other diets i can take just at home so dont give me no links to other diet things

Horrible idea. Minimum caloric intake should be 1200 regardless of gender. You will cannibalize your muscle and valuable tissue and fat will be the last to go.

I just wanted to get your opinions. Do you think its sexy for a guy to have some muscle? I don’t mean like a body builder muscle or male model.
Basically I have a 40″ chest. Abs that stick out a little when I flex (have some body fat on me from diet) biceps (arms) that are close to 15″.. um, can curl 32.5lbs if that paints a better picture.
Just wondering how many would find that sexy. And yeah i’m still in highschool..
