Am I Eating The Right Foods For Weight Loss?

OK..SO I’VE RECENTLY STARTED TAKING SOME ACAI BERRY PILLS, & I HAVEN BEEN COMBINING HEALTHY EATING HABITS ALONG AS WELL. I NEED TO KNOW IF WHAT I AM EATING IS RIGHT, AND IF I AM ON THE RIGHT PATH.
HERE IS AN EXAMPLE:
for breakfeast- boiled eggs, or oatmeal, or dannon low fat yogurt, or fruit!
snack- apples, or ill eat a fruit& nut bar!
lunch-subway sub or fruit, (need ideas)……,,,,
snack- watermelon, or yogurt or jello or smart pop popcorn
dinner- grilled chicken w.steamed veggies, or any meat with vegtables ( not really eating carbs; unless in small portions), just basically what ever my mom cooks, minus the carbs!
i am of course drinking water, and having at least 2 diet pops a day. ( used to be about five) & iced tea with equal.
SOO.. I AM WORRIED THAT WHAT I LISTED HERE ISNT GOING TO WORK,. ANY INPUT IS GREATLY APPRIECATED. THANKS!!!

Targeted Thigh Weight Loss For A Teen Girl ….supplements!?

I am 15 and want to make my thighs thinner. I have excercises and stuff I am doing, but everone says that the green tea or acai berry pill works great. The thing is I don’t want to mess with my body by taking these pills so does anyone know of any other safer supplements that I could use? Keep in mind I am only 15 so no diet pills.

Good Weight Loss Solution?

Ok im 13, and absoloutly hate my body. Every single one of my friends weight less than 85 lbs and most are as tall as me. My one friend is soo skinny, she is 5′5 and weights70 lbs. She is not anorexic. I weight 105 lbs and am 5′0. I would really like to loose 20 lbs. I play lacrosse and do horseback riding, i am also going to start running for 30 minutes after school. I would mostly like to the loose the fat on my legs. My stomach is almost flat but i would like it to be completely flat. I obviously cannot use diet pills, so please do not give me any adds for those or acai berry. Thankyou :)

Weight Loss Question?

last year i gained 60 pounds and i’ve been trying and trying to lose it and i just haven’t had any luck.i work at a drug store and this lady told me that after being overweight for awhile you need to cleanse your system once a week. By doing this you eat nothing but salad,fruit and light stuff like soup and broth. She also said run like 3 miles a day. She also told me about this juice with acai berry’s in it and she said it worked. Is she correct? Is there any diet pill to help me?

Inverted Nipples…will They Pop Out W/ Weight Loss?

I am clearly over weight and am loosing weight w/ Acai Berry Detox and other products, along w/ diet and exercise. But, I am wondering…If i loose weight, like get down to the 160 range (Male Teen, 14yo, current 210) will they go away and look normal like most other people?? If so, how can I fix them w/o sugary, preferably a natural way.

My Weight Loss Has Stopped! Help!?

I’m a 23 year old female, about 5′7. Back in November, I made the decision to lose weight. I was 267 pounds. Since then, I have lost almost 40 pounds; my weight is between 227 & 230, fluctuates day to day. But I’ve been at this weight for a little while now. I do some weight training, but not a lot, and not nearly as often as I should. I go to the gym 5-7 times a week, and for cardio I walk at various speeds and inclines (usually 100% incline, which feels like I’m climbing a mountain). I started out a size 22, and now most of my clothes fit baggy to the point where they are sliding down with a belt. I can wear 18’s & 20’s but my goal is to be a size 8-10. I am frustrated that I haven’t lost anymore weight, but even more frustrated that after losing 40 pounds, I’ve barely dropped a size. I eat pretty well, I focus more on low calorie (usually around 1500, sometimes as low as 1200, sometimes as much as 1600-never more or less than this range) than I do low carb or anything. I don’t eat fried foods, I don’t drink soda or alcohol, I don’t eat snack foods. I do slip up sometimes though, but not enough to completely derail my diet. What am I doing wrong? I know I need to incorporate more weight training, and I fully intend on doing so. It just seems like my weight loss has come to a halt, and there seems to be little to no inch loss. I’m not a very good runner but I do try, my husband and I take our puppy for 1-2 mile walks every night so I try to jog with them. I need some serious advice that has worked for someone. Please don’t answer this question with spam about acai berry, or any other random diet pill for that matter. I need to jump start my inch loss, I will be seeing my family at the end of June and I would love to be a size 16 by then.

What Weight Loss Pills Work?

I diet and exercise and nothing is happening. I tried zantrax3…that did not work and I was wondering if anybody else had any suggestions. I also do not want to hear about acai berry because I heard it is a scam.
