Has anyone tried the acia berry diet? Are they effective and how do they work?

okay i am a 20yr old fem. i just had a beautiful baby girl who is 4mnths now, n I’m trying lose my Lil baby fat, so a month ago i order this stuff acai berry detox. been taken it since then. my period finally came on and it usually last 5days(b4 and after my baby), but now so far its been 7, its not heavy its light. i stop taking the pills 4 a day now(i also take birth control), i know i should wait 2 c any changes,but me and my hubby are freaked and worried..DOES THIS SOUND NORMAL 2 THE PEP THAT HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT B4, has this Eva happen to u. WHAT SHOULD I DO..do you think its b/c i mixed my BC pills and the diet pills or b/c i started taking the diet pills to soon after my baby birth?…by the way so far i c no changes, it really doesnt work, plus they charge your account after you cancel it..plenty more pep complained to them doing this.(but my bank is taking care of it)

I received the free trial about two months ago, but I haven’t used it yet, so I was just curious to know if someone else has tried this product..and if it really works…I know that diet and exercise is the key, but just curious about this Acai Berry stuff?

I neen to lose a good 25-35 lbs but if this stuff doesn’t work i don’t want to waste my time you know? this one girl said she lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks? what the heck? how can anyone believe that?and is the free trial really free or will i HAVE TO PAY for the second bottle as well after the “risk free” trial is over? i need serious help. these extra lbs take away so much in my life.i am only 19 and 170 lbs and im only 5′8 so you do the math.I cant wear a bikini,i have to shop in the plus section when all my friends are on the other side of the store. i feel horrible about that and all these diets aren’t working! i cant wear shirts without bras like other girls my age can.i just want to be able to enjoy my youth while i can.please help me with this.i need to know if it really works.

i have been overweight since i was little and i am sick of it. I really wan tot try something to get rid of this weight because i have tried the food diets which don’t work, and every other diets and really the only thing left seems to be plastic surgery which is expensive so i don’t want to do that. I am not really overweight but i would like to trim down a little, so if you have any info on this product i would appreciate it.

every time i go on here to scan peoples questions on diet and fitness all i see are more and more questions about it, people suggesting it(not to mention having a paragraph they copy and paste as an answer for people even if its not relevant to the question)…i get junk email about it…i’m disgusted, people need to just suck it up and workout and stop eating crap for dinner and maybe they’ll lose a lb and realize you have to work a little to get where you want….10 points to the funniest response…lol

I have heard alot about this diet, however not enough of the information that I need.
What are the affects when you begin taking the liquid form? Will I be stuck going to the bathroom all the time during the day? I have heard that you need to take a colon cleanser with it as well.
I have been reading answers to questions and testimonials of other people who have used it, but they are not really detailed.
Can anyone give any details on what it’s like when you start taking it and what eatting habits are recommended while taking it. I mean, what is your body going through at first?

ladies n gents,kindly please help.at 56,male 5 ft 10 inches,265 lbs waist,44, from,nyc,,with rheumatoid arth.and lung disease surg.2 yrs ago,no cancer but massive amounts of scar tissue,,leaving me short of breath often from slightest chores n today in ft lauderdale, i had to quit after 5 holes as i just cant breat n 2 days straight of golf is to much n, i played 5 days a week,till 50.,in nyc,l.i. i just hit bottom yesterday ,with my big stomach n moon face ,knowing the doctors saying i must loose 60 lbs in 2 yrs,but im freightened,as ive failed many times dieting,but now its different,with lack of breath n depression daily n even when i dont eat much,nothing comes off. the pills i mention are just for now as i know it s a life style change.i cant even exercise with this lung condition but i must try…..FROM T O M the blue eyed spirited irishman whom many love,but isnt loving himself ps,,,i hate all those diet foods to be honest,but will still try very very hard. i sincerely thank you all
