im 14…about 190ish…6 foot..i was talking to my dad about first taking acai berry but then he said to try wheat germ just to see what i thought about it…i like the idea….im in martial arts and i have to be in good shape….and i have a workout plan and im starting to make a diet plan..(whatever its called)…my goal over the next year and more years to come is to develop and keep a six pack,good arms,good legs, and a good back….i dont wanna be like a huge body builder or a wrestler…..just fit like a bruce lee figure…..i think i topped out in height because i haven’t gotton any taller for like a year and a half…..so my question….will wheat germ help me?

Am I Going To Lose My Belly Fat Please Answer !!!?

ok so i’ve been on a diet for about 1 week now and ive been eating a fruit for breakfast and a salad for dinner and thats all and i was using my twistboard for 20mins a day everyday and doing sit ups but i dont think it was working ……
so now am going to carry on what i am eating but just go for a half hour walk a day and do 100 sit ups a day !!!
do you think this will work please answer and how long do you think it will take ….. ???? thanks x x x
and i dont want any acai berry posts or any other like that !!

Here are answers to about 80% of the questions on here, they get very repetitive and people dont take the time to do a search to see if their question has been asked..so here you go………..
You cant spot reduce fat so no you cant just lose fat on your stomach, you lose it all over.
Creatine is for energy. Your body naturally produces it and is used in ATP ( your bodies energy source) The supplement will add a little water weight but will help you work out longer and harder. It does not actually make your muscles bigger
Whey protein can be found cheap at Wal-Mart ( about $13.00 for a 2 lb tun) Your body can only handle about 20-25 grams at a time. Your body does not store protein so overuse will convert into fat.
Carbs are essential to your body and brain function. Cutting carbs will put your body in Ketosis in which you will burn through protein as fuel (which is not recommended). Carbs are not bad and any diet that has you on a low carb diet will ultimately fail.
Yes you can do to much cardio. If you do cardio without resistance training you will burn muscle as well as fat, and that will slow your metabolism down. 1 lb of lean muscle will burn 50 calories a day so 10 lbs of lean muscle will burn 500 calories a day. Resistance training is important.
The Acai Berry is good for antioxidents and some nutrients, it is not a good weight loss system.
BMI=Crap, dont go by your bmi because it doesnt take into account age or muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you went by BMI and bodybuilder with a low body fat percentage would be obses by BMI standards, dont worry about BMI
Caloric intake:
Women - 2000/day
Men- 2800/day
adjust if you need to lose or gain weight.
Bodybuilding routines - go to www.bodybuilding.com and look up the routines there

Okay, so i’m going to do 100 bicycles, 100 crunches with my feet up, belly dancing every night to get a flat stomach.
so my questions are:
1. how long until i get a flat stomach?
2. how do i workout obliques/lovehandles?
3.what can i do to my diet? [etc..take outsugar, specific numebr of calories, eat something special?...etcc?]]
PLEASE HELP.
and don’t give me any diet pills not even acai berry.

ok i am 14 and 136 pounds and 5 ‘2 i know i am over weight and wanting to lose it and i am very determined
ok here is the food plan
break fest
1 bowl of cereal shredded wheat , or Cheerios or Special k.
snack one fruit
lunch
a spinach tortilla wrap with turkey lettuce tomato and ranch dressing.
snack
one light yogurt
dinner
lean meat and veggies
and my exercise plan is i wake up go on my bike for thirty minutes and then do other exercises that target arms and stomach .
and then do that again before i go to sleep at night
let me know if that is good no spamming acai berry or any of that i don’t wanna hear it.

Getting A Flat Stomach? Help ? (10 Points Best Answer!)?

i’m probably fine with every other part of my body…EXCEPT MY TUMMY. i want to get a flat tummy before school starts. i started running a mile a day, but is that enough? also i would like to maybe slim my legs down a bit. any tips, advice, stories?
btw; i’m already eating healthy so i don’t need stuff like that.
ALSO DO NOT POST STUFF LIKE DIET PILLS, ACAI BERRY, AND ETC. (you know who you are. >.>)

I have been on Alli,Curvelle,AcaiBerry……the Alli worked fine….Curvelle was a scam…..and I am on the Acai Berry right now but not seeing the results I should be seeing.
Got any ideas?I want to lose about 40 pounds.I want to try something different yet FAST AND SAFE.And please do not lecture me about diet pills.I’m going to end up going on one anyways so don’t even try to change my mind.:)

i want to know some good start off for exercises and food for a start and then gradually make my way to fully exercises and fully good foods any good starts?..and also did anybody ever take acai berry?..if so did u get good results?…i want to lose around 60 pounds..I’m taking this very seriously
