Has anyone tried the acia berry diet? Are they effective and how do they work?

today is my first day taking this “berry super fruit” Acai X3, and i must say, like other diet pills i have tried, i do feel a little jittery, although i feel like i have more energy. i am doing a colon cleanse simultaniously with the acai x3. the reviews i have read said, “the the average weight loss was 10lbs in the first month” with acai x3 alone. but the reviews that ive read where there was significant weight loss was with a colon cleanse and acai x3. so im just wondering what are your opinions, and results with acai x3? does it work for you?

I saw a review online about a powdered drink mix that makes you lose weight really fast by mixing it into your drink.It makes you lose about 45 lbs in 3-4 months.Then I heard of Acai Berries and how its suppossed to make you lose alot of weight 2.I only want to get one so which would you reccomend?? Please do not lecture me about healthy diets…..I am aware of a healthy diet an is on one right now…..Please if you aren’t going to reccomend either the Acai Berries or Ultra Green Tea,then don’t answer at all becuz my mind is pretty much made up.If you have something else to reccomend then please say so!!

I am a male who is 5′5″ weighing 120 lbs. I have a perfect bmi of 20.0. I’m a pretty skinny kid but I used to be somewhat fat. I still have belly fat because of that. I can’t seem to get rid of it. I want to get six pack abs pretty badly. I can feel my bas but I can’t see them because of my belly fat. I run a lot but I don’t really diet too much. I was wondering if acai berries could help get rid of my belly fat. I want to try and get six pack abs in 3 weeks.

I’ve been seeing it advertised as a dual diet kinda thing where you have the combination of the acai pill and the colon cleanser. Because the pills are so expense I think next month I’m going to get the liquid form at GNC. It’s cheaper and you get more mg of the acai berry.
I was wondering if I took the acai alone if it will cause me to get constipated. I already have problems in that department. Protein shakes kinda make me constipated so I’m worried about taking the acai alone by itself.
