Should I Use Acai Berry Pills?

I am extremely over weight and unhealthy and have finally decided to talk control of my life and lose this excess weight. I have begun excercising 3 times a week for now and have changed my diet. I was wondering if I should also include some type of supplement or maybe do a cleanse also to jump start. I want to know what side effects these things may have, will I be running to the bathroom every 5 minutes, will I be shakey, will it cause any other issues. Suggestions are appreciated!

I understand your question and concern about the acai berry especially since this fruit is gaining such popularity due to being featured on such TV’s shows as The Today Show, Rachael Ray and Oprah. But let me share with you my experience.
I’ve been using acai berry products for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed that yes they do work. I used them when I wanted to trim off about 15lbs.
