Really Really Need To Lose Weight In 4 Weeks,?
i eat healthy, and i try to move aorund even though i cant exercise due to my fasting activites, i really need to lose weight for a wedding that i have to attend,so what can i do to lose as much weight as i can in 4 weeks, and i dont wanna hear any diet plan website, diet pill, any acai berry crud just tell me real things that i can do, im a guy 13, 5′6 5′5 ish but i have a lot of muscle around my lower body and i have abs but i have fat over it, i dont have much upper body, but i am pretty strong, i cant really do many push ups i can do 2-3 and i cant do a pull up, but i can hold the position with an under hand grip for a few second like 9 or more
so what are things i can do, i eat healthy but apparently i dont have alot of fruits and veggies at home but i have enough to survive with
what are things that can help me with upper body, can i try doing push ups on something slanted like a counter that can just help me with arms and my back, or use my knees while holding the push up position, and no i am not gonna do weights
i did do some running and that helps me melt fat but thats not going to work for me because of my fast and i am not going to skip a day of fasting for exercising
im hoping that it is noticable and it changes on my scale, the scale changes a lot, if i wear lighter clothes im less by 2 pounds or if i shower then check its 3 pounds less i wanna be able to look and it is in my lower range so i can tell that fat is off and it is off the scale
its strange im big and kinda tall but im kinda athletic i can run multiple miles and get tired after i run 2 or more
what is something good that i can do, this wedding is super super important and i need to lose as much as i can and look good
i drink a lot of water and milk, so i know i drink enough fluids
i do practice hiphop and some popping i do a little bit of that everyday for fun so thats something i do for sure all the time especially during school, and school starts less that a week so can anyone give me,tips,advice, anything
YES im serious bout this and dont repeat it, NO I DONT CARE BOUT DIET WEBSITES,PILLS,ACAI,OR STUPID TIPS EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT LIKE “STOP EATING JUNK” CUZ I DONT EAT ANY AIGHTTT no can someone please give me tips
(sorry if i sound rude im serrious about this and im hoping this advice can help me even after 4 weeks but i need stuff thats very effective, i know that i wont be able to lose a large amount but im going to try to get rid of as much as i can, and continue to use the advice until i reach my goal)

it gets irritating look fat but everyone says im thick not fat and i know there is no such thing as losing fat in certain area, its better to work the body with cardio so everything is worked helping the body burn fat, any tips about metabolism will be helpful too ![]()

Well if you eat right… the only thing that can help is working out..
And not just push up and sit ups.. you need to be doing cardio to burn off the extra fat.. try going for a jog or something that gets you really moving, something that you’ll actually enjoy doing..
Theres nothing worse than having to do a work out that you hate..
Besides that, theres really nothing else thats going to help.
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
