Only The People That Have Used Acai Berry Please?!?!?
ok im 14 and i weigh 250lbs. i have been trying to loose weight so now i talked my mom into letting me get acai berry and she said yea as long as we go to the doctors to make sure the product is ok for me we havent started my appointment but i just need help i wanna know if the acai berry will work for me? and if my doctor will say yes or not? and am i ok taking it and plz tell me how you have been doing on ur acai berry, also is it ok if i just take the acai berry and not the cleanser? will it work as efficiently as it does with out the cleanser? i wanna know i need your guys’s help PLEASE!!!! answer this question seriously!!?!?!?!
and also i dont want no dumb asses that act like they take the stuff when their just joking with me and also ppl i set my heart on this stuff im not interested in the other diets i can take just at home so dont give me no links to other diet things

Açaí berry is Brazilian, and so am I. It has been around here for years, and is no miracle cure for anything. Just a healthy fruit like blueberries or many others you already know.
Eat less, exercise more. That is the best and safest way to loose weight. You should ask your doctor to make a plan together with you.
You can take it. But sweetie, a pill isn’t going to be the answer for your problems. I was the same way when I was your age. The only thing that ever worked for me was working out and eating sensibly. No soda. No chips. Only veggies, fruits, lean meats, lots of fiber and water. I know it’s not what you want to hear. And it isn’t fun. It was really hard, but I lost about 100 lbs doing that. It’s become a way of life for me. I know I’ll never go back to where I was before and that involves me eating sensibly and working out 4-5x a week and lifting weights 3x a week. Sorry to tell you what you don’t want to hear, but it’s the truth. Good luck. Oh yeah, I take acai…doesn’t do a thing for me. No extra weight loss. Nothing. I do it for the nutritional properties of it, not to lose weight.
Honestly as young as you are you shouldn’t try to use any weight loss supplements. There are plenty of things hat you can do to burn calories. If you take the acai berry supplement you will still have to exercise and follow a diet plan. It just gives you a boost. A really good diet for you to follow would be a diet that can give you some lead way (meaning some cheating days)
One that is really effective and is not as strict as the others. That way you wont get bored with doing it and can eat like a teen sometimes. That will keep you from getting discouraged and quitting it.
I know you didn’t want any links but in all honesty this site will give you a better idea of what I am talking about. Take a look at it and check out the diet. It would really be worth your investment (1 time investment) as opposed to acai berry which is a on going monthly thing.
