No Weight Loss With Diet And Exercise..help?

i have been dieting, watching what i eat carefully..even exercising/using stepper a bit..yet i have not lost a pound infact i actually gained like 3..disgusted with myself in this situation…i have no idea what else i can try and do. i tried the acai berry, i tried that phase 2, alli, and others with NO promsing results. any ideas? helpful hints?

Well… have you noticed your waist thinning?
Muscle weighs more than fat. Try using a tape measure instead of a scale. That can be discouraging.
I wouldn’t rush to any quick fix pill. Talk with your doctor. Could be a health reason, perhaps a thyroid problem.
I would seek professional help, or a nutritionist. What you think is healthy eating, might not be.

That is bc diets do not work.
The key to losing weight is to eat, but to eat healthy and in smaller portions, decrease your fats (don’t deny them, just smaller portions) and workout , some cardio (running, biking, swimming) at least 30 mins every single day.
if u r not eating and on dieting and still not getting any result try to eat alot for one day trust me i tried this eat as much as u want and it will show u the result
