Is This Diet Safe For A 13 Year Old?

I want 2 try that Acai Berry and colon cleanser diet. Its when you get both on free trials and you take the pills. I’m looking to lose 20-25 lbs. I have seen so many great results and I am really inspired. Thanks for help! BTW I’m 13, a diabetic.

Given your diabetic you should ask your doctor for a recommendation to a nutrionist or dietitian and talk to them about the best way for you to lose weight. While I’m pretty sure the Acai berry pills won’t hurt you I don’t think they will do much to help you loose weight either and that free trial isn’t so free as a lot of people who have sent away for the pills find all kind of expensive other products are also charged to their credit card.
if you’re dedicated and exercise frequently, you will get to your desired weight. however, do not push yourself too much, you do not want to stunt your body’s growth.
it also depends on how much you weigh, if you’re really overweight it should be easier to knock off a few pounds.
you really should not try these fad diets at your age. if you really want to lose weight, then eat healthy and cut junk food.
