I Need To Lose 25-30 Lbs In 2 Weeks!?
Okay, I know I cannot lose 25-30 lbs in 2 weeks. That is impossible. But I have done everything! Literally. I am exercising, eating right, less than 1200 calories, no sugar, no cokes, I am doing circuit training, classes, weights, pure running, walking up hill, running outside, biking, walking the dog, hiking, not eating grease or fast food, or eating out at restaurants anymore, I’m eating whole foods, fruits (but not the ones with a lot of sugar), veggies….blah blah blah! I’M DONE! I need a secret! I need a diet pill for that extra push, I need something.
I have a wedding in 2 weeks. I am supposed to be skinnier than I am right now for this. I have been preparing myself for my wedding day by working out and eating right for the last 4 months and my tummy got a little less fatty but other than that, NOTHING! Please help me! I’m dying to know the big secret. What about Alli, acai berry, total cleanse, laxative, hydroxy cut, anything?!? Which of these are good? Any of these good? Please help me!

If you have TRULY cut your calories down to 1200 alone and have been as active as you say - really…with no cheating..then you should have lost more weight. I’m guessing you may not have been as restrictive as you say. As I’m sure you know there is no way you’re going to lost that much weight in 2wks - maybe 5 more pounds if you really work at it. Maybe you could look into one of those body wraps that allows you to “lose” inches / weight….of course it’s only water weight and your “loss” lasts for a matter of hours, perhaps a whole day before you put it back, but at least you would be smaller for your wedding day.
You might think I am lying but honestly there is a way to lose weight in this little time.You need a prescription from your DOC. The pill phentermine works great for short periods of time. You can’t lose exactly 25 lb in 2 weeks but.. there is always the cabbage soup diet. The Cabbage soup diet (recipe : http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/recipe.… makes you lose 10 pounds per week which’ll make you lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. My mom is making the soup for me right now and I think it’ll work becuase her friend tried it and she lost weight so fast. All you do is eat cabbage soup and drink water for all 3 meals per day (you can eat as much of the soup as you want). But DO NOT eat anything except for the cabbage soup and DO NOT drink anything except water. Not even slim drinks, or enery drinks.
You can do a lot in 2 weeks. More than likely, you will not lose 25 pounds in two weeks- but you can be in the best possible shape.
As always, diet and exercise are the key.
As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.
Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.
By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.
