    try this-This is the first time I have lost weight since I had my daughter last year. Kind of made it up myself. i eat “brunch” at about 10-11 am which consists of either a smart one or lean cuisine meal, preferably not more than 300 calories. About 2 pm I have a late lunch which is another frozen meal, either a smart one or lean cuisine. then for dinner at about 6 I either make a caesar salad or buy one at mcdonalds with lowfat dressing, of course. Or i get a 6 inch subway sandwich. For a snack at around 8 pm I have smart one popcorn, about 100 calories a serving, also I usually have 1 more snack during the day such as pudding. And this is the thing that has really helped I think. Since i love food so much once a week i will have one dinner form anywhere I want. like friday I had pizza, I had 6 slices with pepperoni and STILL saw a drop in the scale the next day.

    I don’t know how old you are, so I don’t know if you actually need to lose weight. I’m extremely concerned with the people above me who are telling you to use Diet X, or use Drug B. I mean, if it were my child, I’d be offended at the idea of strangers giving my child diet advice.
    That said, you can’t. Not safely.
    You’re going to be hungry eating what you listed with the increase in activity. Very, very hungry. To counter that, I’d say switch to a leaner diet. For breakfast, eat a few-not one, not two..a FEW-boiled eggs with a piece of toast. This puts the protein back into your system. For lunch you’ll have to couple more protein (beef, fish, chicken, pork) with some carbohydrates such as a potato with melted cheese. For dinner a little meat and some starchy vegetables should suffice.
    My main priority with this is to keep you from starving. I say to eat a potato for lunch with your beef or pork or what have you because your muscles need to store glycogen in order to maintain the energy to run (jog) and do push ups and sit ups. Without the carbs, you’re going to have no energy. Oh, you’ll lose weight on a low carb diet, but also you’ll lose lean muscle mass and bone–and then you won’t even be able to get yourself out of bed to do the jogging, etc;
    You should jog as long as you can. You should jog until your legs hurt and take the next day to do your push ups and sit ups, and then take that next day to jog as long and far as you can again. You should see an increase in your jogging length and you should also see an increase in the amount of push ups you can do. Just change the activities up every day so that you have a day to heal and re-build muscles without the overuse.
    The plan that I outlined would work. Your’s, however, would not.

    Shoot yourself. The only way you are going to lose that amount is if you are dead or just had surgery. Quit wasting our time with unrealistic questions.
    Unless you are underweight anyone can do 8 pounds in a month. If you are obese and your body wants to get rid of the fat, you might manage 12 or 15. Don’t try for more. You will only hurt yourself attempting it.
    How? An hour of an exercise routine every day. You need a list of exercises you can do so you don’t injure one muscle. If you add 20 minutes of jogging to that, you have all the exercise you need to lose a consistent amount of weight.
    Your diet should never make you more than lightly hungry. If you are more than that for an extended period of time, then you failed and are hurting yourself again. The best strategy is small frequent meals. That way you will always have food in your stomach and not feel hungry. Also if you never have a large amount of food at once, then you will have trouble eating more than small amounts at a time after about two weeks. That is why those skinny models have no problem with restricting food. Some of them would throw up if they tried to eat a large meal.
    Healthy lifestyles get easier to manage the longer you are in one. Just don’t do something stupid like trying to lose 25 pounds in one month.
    Also expect the first two weeks to be the least productive. You won’t see change in that short of time.
