Guess What? My 2009 Diet Has Begun! Who Believes In Me?

I just bought I bottle of Acai Berry Juice and colon cleanser and since sat DEC20 I’ve lost 3lbs it is now Tues Dec 23 …I cant believe it!!!! It was purchased as GNC I don’t trust that online pill bullsh%! But um YES Pray for me people I’m trying to lose about 54lbs by April and I know that at first with any diet you lose weight fast AT FIRST but then it slows down BUT Who thinks I can Do it?

Great to have some goals and absolutely I know you can do it. Just stay motivated and keep up with it. We all fall down sometimes and you just have to keep trekking. Remember that there’s no excuse to eat like a pig anymore because time is going to pass anyway and if you keep that in mind you will lose weight no matter what. And I know exactly what you are going through. I have lost about 85 pounds in a year and went from size 22 to size 7 so just keep it up and it’ll be gone before you know it. And sometimes you will hit a weight plateau and it gets frustrating but it’s just your body’s way of adjusting. Congrats on the weight already lost and keep it up!!!
