Do You Have To Take A Colon Cleanser With The Acai Berry Power 500 Supplements?

I just wanted to know if its necessary to take a colon cleanser with the acai berry supplements.
I know what a colon cleanser does and I can not risk constantly using the restroom with my vigorous schedule.
I will begin proper dieting and exercising as well but i wanted to know if anyone had results with just the acai berry alone.
and is the acai berry power 500 the best?
which is the best form? pill? or liquid?

I wouldn’t say it is necessary, but it can definitely help. If you are worried about the money, just try the acai by itself at first and then try the colon cleanse later. I’ve used both and have seen great results.
