I bought mine from GNC, you can go to GNC.com and I have not had any luck although it seems to make you go to the bathroom more,
your best bet is to exercise and make sure meat portions are no larger than the palm of your hand, eat plenty of fruit and veggies to make up for your cravings,, I have tried alot of pills, none work while you are eating hamburger and french fries,,, so I have change my eating habits
