Diet Pill For 16 Year Old?

October 14th, 2009

ok, so im around 15 lbs overweighted and i have 1 more week till school starts. I’m currently eating healthy and been exercising too but only lost 1lb in 4 days…sorta slow progress. however, with 3 AP courses next year and a bunch load of stress, i know i will probably start eating alot again…which i cant really help it when im under alot of stress. i would barely have enough time to exercise once school starts with the load of work…like i actually work till 2am and that was just sophomore year >< is there a diet pill to prevent any more weight gain? i heard of acai berry 500 and wu yi tea but im not sure if theyre good. any suggestions?

Be careful with diet pills–I’ve had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it’s been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I’ve lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

all right, first of all, at this age you really shouldn’t be worrying about losing weight. second of all, diet pills? your KIDDING . are you like crazy? haven’t you ever learnt that diet pills is NOT the way to go ? i know you must be under a lot of pressure and stress and that you feel you need to lose as many pounds as you can. but its not the way to go. in fact, diet pills would probably bring up your stress and tension. so i’d say that forget the diet pills, stick to healthy eating and excercise. :)

do not take diet pills. Start by cutting out all breads and potatoes. Only eat 1/2 of the normal portions of meals you usually have. Do not eat after 6 p.m…drink tons of water. I carry with me a water bottle and fill it up constantly. Drink 2 of them before every meal and you will feel more full and won’t want to eat as much. I lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks, I felt great and didn’t starve myself. Good luck. You can do it! :)

Before you decide to consume any diet pills or supplements, it is advisable that you consult your doctor first. Different diet pills work in different ways for different weight problems. However the fact remains that diet pills are created for overweight people to help solve a health problem that can lead to illnesses such as diabetes, depression, heart disease and others. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )
